Dromalane/Quayside Close Development Partnership

Caters for the needs of the communities of Dromalane Park, Quayside Close and the surrounding area.
Many activities are centred in "Canal View Community House" in 15 Quayside Close:
“Wonder Years, Parent and Toddler Group”
Educational Courses
Children’s disco
Women’s group
Leisure Activities
Seasonal parties and summer schemes

Committee meetings take place on the first and third Thursdays of the month.

Martin's Lane Community Association

Established in March 2004 in response to issues raised at parish area meetings.
Its aim is community building by involving community members in:
organising activities for youth and children
lobbying to have a play area for children.
trying to procure a community base for meetings and activities
involvement in community festivals
seasonal parties and summer schemes
participation in training courses

Committee meetings take place in the Marist Sisters' house in 15 Martin’s Lane on the first Tuesday of the month.

Carnagat Area Community Association

Caters for the needs of the communities in the Carnagat area.  Activities are centred in the newly refurbished community house in 32 Parkhead Crescent.
A wide range of educational and recreational activities are provided for children and youth.
Personal Development
Saturday club for children
Discos and seasonal parties
Football coaching
Essential skills training
Participation in competitions
Five weeks summer scheme
