Dear Fathers and Sisters: I just read that you will be leaving the Middle Killeavy Parish. I wanted to wish you all well on your next assignment. You leave behind a tremendous legacy of love. I would like to sincerely thank the Parish of Middle Killeavy and especially their Mission Group for the dedication and service to mankind. I have been moved beyond words to express how the parish has touched me. I never thought in my life that I will ever get a college education because my family could not afford it. However our faithful God came into my rescue and touched your generous hearts and you helped me all through my financial difficulties. I have been receiving all your financial gifts over the years through your secretary Dorothy Murtagh. I finally graduated from college in December 2007. At the moment, I am taking a few extra courses to continue my education. May God bless each one of you as we celebrate and observe St. Patrick’s Day and through the Easter Holiday.

Just heard last night that you are leaving the parish, Newry & district will be a much poorer place without your familiar faces. May God bless you all in your new ministry.
